Convenience forethought.
As with all our consultancy projects, we'll only get involved if the project has been thoroughly researched - it guarantees a solution with a firm foundation in our design philosophy . This project already had some terrific forethought, and had been thoroughly engineered for manufacture; but needed a strong launch that would draw consumer attention and educate on the unique benefits of the product.
What happened?
A gentle tongue-in-cheek execution that resonated well with mums, tired of the hassle of warming milk, and a bewildering array of bottle features to choose from. A milk carton packaging drew on nostalgia, at a life stage where it is particularly pertinent to mums. At a deeper level, our packaging was loaded with visual symbolism of fresh milk, and to helped calm any cognitive hesitation to the product regarding the safety of chemical heating elements.
Our packaging design solution maximised shelf edge exposure and consequent consumer engagement with the pioneering approach to convenient bottle feeding.
